I've been a customer with Triple L for more than 3 years now and they have exceeded my expectations every time on what a good pest control company should be! I especially want to call out our technician David Cox, who's been our main point of contact for years now. Always shows up on time and with a friendly smile on his face. He actively listens to you, never tries to upsell you on things you don't need and is genuinely interested in making sure you are getting premium service. My wife hates bugs in general, and the fact that I'm giving them 5 stars should be a solid indicator of the effectiveness of their services!

Very honest, polite, timely and professional service. Highly recommended. I contacted Les when my tenant reported there might be termites in my rental house. In our first phone conversation Les knowledgeably and honestly suggested it should be a misunderstanding, because termites are rarely visible this time of the year. And so it indeed turned out to be the case (confirmed both by Les visiting the property and another company). What is interesting is that (unlike Les) another company apparently decided to take advantage of this and "found" the termites (attching fotos showing pretty much nothing) and gave a $1000 quote for exterminating their "findings".

Highly recommended for fast, courteous, and professional service! David C did a wonderful job treating the interior and exterior of my home while answering all of my questions about fire ants in my lawn and insects invading the pool area. The quoted price was slightly higher than some of the other companies I reached out to but it was worth it for the peace of mind, reliability, and professionalism.

Carpenter ants were very active for 2 days after treatment ... haven't seen one since! Mosquitoes seem to be a lot fewer as well! Kyle(sp?) Was very thorough and treated in those extra areas as we asked. He also let us know that our ac drain was clogged and how to fix that ... as well as how to go about keeping rodents from entering the attic. Very happy with the service so far!

I had a large infestation of Cicada Killers. The 2 guys from Triple L said it was the largest they had seen. They waded right in, spraying each one, then dusting the many holes in the ground. I thought they were done, but they inspected every part of the house and yard for wasps. Then took out a long pole and knocked down old paper nests from the eaves. They were thorough and professional in every way.

I reached out to Triple L after several months of trying to vacate noisy squatters in my attic with my previous pest control company. No one believed it could be squirrels - even my family teased me - and my technician at Triple L listened to the video of them, triaged and resolved the problem with much flexibility of my roof vendor and tree trimmer to ensure those squirrel babies wouldn't come back. I had many new ants since cancelling with other company I worked with them and they also resolved that quickly. No surprise my new house of 2 months is also in their care... I mean, if I can describe the color of an ant and they get rid of them quickly with a good explanation on treatment why wouldn't i? Especially when myself and my daughter now know what acrobatic ants look like and how they dance up the walls?

Triple L pest control is local to the cedar park, Austin, Texas area, my mom had a very bad red hornet next located outside her front door making it impossible for her to do just about anything. I tried getting rid of them myself but the hornets had burrowed deep into the roof. So I called Triple L pest control and they quoted me a very reasonable honest price, the technician David Cox, was personable, professional and informative. I highly recommend Triple L pest control for any of your unwanted pests!
